Dr. Karl Liebleitner Ring 1-3 in Korneuburg is a project of PMP Immobilien

In the centre of Korneuburg, only a few steps away from the railway station, PMP Immobilien is building a new residential complex. It will consist of two three-storey buildings with eight and nine residential units respectively. Construction is scheduled to start in October 2019. The project is expected to be completed in spring 2021.

Outdoor recreation areas

Each apartment has open spaces, in the form of gardens, balconies or terraces. The apartments on the upper floors can be extended by roof terraces on the flat roof if desired. The rooms are optimally lit by the construction on a corner plot, which is open to the south. Large window areas ensure that a lot of natural light can enter the apartments.

The park adjoining the property, which will be redesigned during the course of the construction work, provides a balance to the urban atmosphere. In spring, the residents of the house will be able to enjoy the colourful blossoming trees in front of the windows. Park benches offer the opportunity to make oneself comfortable in the shady green and to relax from the stressful everyday life.

Green is also the residential complex. This is enhanced by greening facades and roofs, which prevents unwanted heat accumulation and thus increases the quality of life of future residents.
