Mirror in Reininghaus Graz is a project of the ÖSW

In the urban development area Reininghaus, in the west of the city of Graz, a new urban centre is being created on a total of around 52 hectares. The developments have already started in individual quarters in the north of the area. ÖSW Wohnbauträger GmbH is building directly on the “Mirror” quarter boulevard with over 2,000 sqm of commercial space and 108 exclusive, privately financed freehold apartments

Always after the sunset

The Parkquartier Q5 is part of the new district centre of Reininghaus in which a spacious park, which represents the heart of the area, offers valuable free space as a place for communication and meeting. Furthermore, the project will be realised as a building ensemble consisting of three components with a common, continuous base zone (for trade, services and gastronomy) and is expected to be completed by autumn 2021. The high-quality furnishings of the 19-storey building, the generous open space attached to each apartment with an impressive view, a room height of at least 2.72 and the building core activation (underfloor heating and ceiling cooling) provide an extraordinary living ambience. The one- to three-room apartments can also be combined according to individual customer requirements. 94 parking spaces in the building’s own underground garage with direct access to the building and around 2,200 m² of commercial space round off the offer perfectly.
