An overview of real estate fairs and events where PROPSTER is present
For long enough, it was quiet in the exhibition halls of this world. Nevertheless, some of them were held under the strictest conditions, which meant that the number of visitors was correspondingly modest, as they were logically limited. On the other hand, the worldwide decline in the number of infections means that one trade fair after the other is now being going ahead again and we PROPSTERs are not going to miss any opportunities. In this article we’ll give a brief summary of the real estate fairs that we’ll be attending between now and the end of June.
Nordbygg 26.04.2022 – 29.04.2022 | Stockholm
The world belongs to the patient. Back in 2020 we were ready to visit the largest real estate fair in Scandinavia, but the virus put a rather large spanner in our works. Despite the fact that Sweden went its own way in fighting the pandemic, large events and real estate fairs were not feasible over there either. After 2 years on the back burner, the time has finally come and the organisers of Nordbygg are opening the doors to the real estate industry again.
You can find us at the Advantage Austria group stand of the WKO – Stand – C02:51. Some of our fellow participants include Ringer, Sherpa Connection Systems, Tousek, Variotherm, Windhager Nordic, Holler Tore and Murexin.
CREtech 27.04.2022 – 28.04.2022 | London
After we were able to successfully close our first customer in the UK last year, despite the pandemic and Brexit, we can’t miss CREtech. In October 2021 we were able to form our first impressions as visitors at CREtech and this year we can be found at the Pi-Labs Booth – Stand A5 in 2022.
Swissbau Compact 03.05.2022 – 06.05.2022 | Basel
Swissbau Compact is probably the biggest real estate trade fair that Switzerland has to offer.It was originally scheduled for January 2022, but then the omicron wave came over us and really shook things up. Even though Switzerland, like Sweden, went its own way in combating the pandemic and some other real estate fairs even took place during this period, it was decided not to take any risks and the fair was postponed to the beginning of May. In the Swissbau Innovation Lab, a platform for digital transformation, visitors can experience the digital solutions that are already a reality today and which new technologies and applications will shape the future of the industry. In addition, PROPSTER CEO & Founder, Milan Zahradnik, will give a compact pitch on the topic of “How to revolutionise the real estate industry with the help of configuration and e-commerce” on May 4th at 10:00 am.
Immounited CONNECT 17.05.2022 | Vienna
IMMOunited CONNECT is where real estate experts meet and is dedicated to current and future topics that are considered groundbreaking and likely to move the market. Moderated by Heimo Rollet, leading personalities from the real estate industry will meet here. In addition to Immounited COO Andreas Millonig, investor Sebastian Troll and Magdalena Klosek from Ikea, our CEO & Founder Milan Zahradnik will also participate in the talk and present the future of the market from the perspective of the PropTechs. digitalBAU 31.05.2022 – 02.06.2022 | Cologne
Whether planners, craftsmen or investors – digitalBAU offers suitable solutions along the entire value chain of construction with a special focus on innovation. An ideal stage to present yourself as a PropTech and an ideal marketplace for real estate project developers. PROPSTER can be found in Hall 1: In addition, our CEO & Founder Milan Zahradnik will also be on stage, more precisely on the Heinze stage, and will give a Pecha-Kucha presentation on the topic: “How to enable the real estate industry to use configuration and e-commerce”.
PROPTECH Vienna 2.06.2022 | VIENNA
Vienna went its own way in fighting the pandemic; freely following the motto “real estate fairs and events, better not to take place at all”. The wave is broken now and so are the tough measures of the city government and finally, there is a green light for Proptech Vienna. PropTech Vienna brings together the various players involved with the digitalisation of the real estate industry: Start-ups, decision-makers in the real estate industry, universities, representatives of the public sector and politics, business angels, investors, venture capitalists and PropTech funds, as well as media and business associations, and we can’t miss it. On the one hand, we will be present with our own stand, and on the other, PROPSTER’s Finance Director Jose Rojas will give us a pitch in the pitch box.
TECH IN CONSTRUCTION 16.06.2022 – 17.06.2022 | Berlin
We were there in 2019, then it went quiet due to the pandemic – 2022 here we come. Across the entire value chain of the construction industry, young companies will present their solutions at Tech in Construction. Above all, digital innovations that bring forward-looking processes and technologies closer to the construction industry will be on display. We can’t afford to miss out on this and will of course be in attendance, with our own stand!
