Laura Bauträger decides with 2 residential projects in Vienna for the software of PROPSTER. PROPSTER supports the Sonderwunsch processing and in the course of the project our solution for real estate handover and shortage management is also used.

In the 23rd district of Vienna, a residential complex with 30 residential units is being built with an appealing flair. The district has good public transport connections. The residential complex will be built between the U6 Alt Erlaa station and the Inzersdorf motorway access. The planned completion date is the end of 2018.

In the 21st district of Vienna 4 houses are being built in a family atmosphere. The brick massive single-family houses will be built according to the low-energy standard. They are equipped with air-heat pumps, spacious gardens and private parking spaces. One house is still for sale.
