BAYERNWOHNEN Alpenblick GmbH counts on PROPSTER for MEI HOAMAT

MEI HOAMAT in Irschenberg, Bavaria, is a project of BAYERNWOHNEN Alpenblick GmbH

3 houses – Spacious, rural, in the center

MEI HOAMAT – Three apartment buildings with a total of 32 freehold flats and absolutely generous space are being built on the greened-in plot in the Bavarian community of Irschenberg in the district of Miesbach until mid 2022. It is only a few minutes’ walk from the address Breitensteinstraße 1 to the idyllic Irschenberg town centre with baker, butcher, kindergarten, primary school and town hall. Short trips separate commuters from the A8 motorway towards Munich or Salzburg or from the nearby towns of Bad Aibling and Rosenheim.

Architecture and surroundings

The property, situated on a flank of the Irschenberg, allows a wide view of the surrounding landscape or the nearby Chiemgau Alps from some of the apartments. With all their modern elements, the three houses made of sand-lime brick blend in wonderfully with the traditional architectural style of the surrounding Irschenberg buildings – from the warm wood on the facades and sliding shutters to the typical gabled roofs covered with red tiles.

Location – A place full of tradition and energy

Irschenberg, situated in the district of Miesbach, is a vital community. It has been proven to be a traffic base since the times of the Celts and Romans, and since the construction of the post-war motorway it has gained strategic supra-regional importance. The proximity of the motorway has also promoted the development of the important industrial area Salzhub with well-known companies and attractive jobs. The capital Irschenberg with its 1000 souls has wonderfully preserved its absolutely village-like character.

Extensive apartment layouts offer a lot of space for living
