TTRULIVING in the Trudering district of Munich is a project of the ABG Real Estate Group.
Timeless condominiums in Munich Trudering
A new face in Trudering – with TRULIVING a new object with landmark qualities was created. The different heights in the façade, the basement partially set off with natural stone bricks, the large window areas in the condominiums, the clear and unadorned architectural language, the large, quiet inner courtyards: all this makes TRULIVING a modern and sophisticated new piece of Trudering. A total of 150 flats have been created, some of them in the “Munich Model” or as subsidised housing construction (30 flats subsidised according to EOF). In addition to numerous bicycle parking spaces, an underground car park with around 145 car parking spaces is part of the project.
City living in modern architecture
Seen from every perspective, TRULIVING always has the feeling that the residents are the centre of attention. TRULIVING is embedded in a lot of green. The individual houses of TRULIVING offer a high degree of privacy due to their architectural leaps.
Loggias, balconies, large gardens and roof terraces. High-quality features such as floor-to-ceiling windows or natural wood parquet floors are also standard. Underfloor heating, a high-quality bathroom design with modern fittings and sanitary objects as well as a video intercom system round off the furnishings of the flats. All houses are connected to each other by paths that fit harmoniously into the overall picture and give the courtyards an inner structure.
The view into the green
Looking at it from above you can see how much green TRULIVING has to offer. Especially towards the courtyard side the architecture opens up and places the houses like islands in a green sea. In the centre, a green oasis of trees and bushes extends into the ensemble. The distances to the neighbouring plots are very generous. At TRULIVING, great care was taken to meet people’s desire for retreat and green living space, also in an urban environment.
